“Drink your tea!” to Meteorological Spring!

Yesterday, March 1st was the first day of Meteorological Spring! So, I was surprised and delighted to awake to an Eastern Towhee singing outside my bedroom window! It did not hang around long enough for me to record it today, but here is a recording I made last year.

Meteorological spring can be cold; this morning was only 32! So don’t wait when the towhee invites you to “Drink your tea!”
